Concrete fleet

A fleet of 17 brand-new precast trucks equipped with GPS positioning systems, including both 9-cubic and 12-cubic trailer models, combined with a local fleet of precast trucks stationed in Tainan, to meet high-volume concrete transportation needs of customers.

Concrete Mixing Plan

Heavy machinery includes three excavators, two skid steers, and two forklifts. A set of crushing equipment along with a screening machine imported from Germany ensures high-quality and high-efficiency recycling capabilities, achieving standardized recycled aggregates. To meet the demands of our business, by the end of 2017, all concrete mixing plant equipment will be upgraded, including storage bins, feeding systems, mixing plants, computer control systems, conveyor belts, and weighbridges.

Environmental fleet

To comply with the requirements of business units and environmental regulations, Revival holds a Class A Waste Removal Permit issued by the Tainan City Government. We specialize in assisting business units in the removal of general industrial waste and hazardous industrial waste. For waste generated from various sources, we utilize GPS systems to transport it to large-scale, authorized waste disposal or intermediate treatment facilities. Upholding a commitment to service excellence and lawful waste disposal practices, we provide customers with the most expedient and legally compliant waste removal services.

Quality Control Labo

In addition to equipping all necessary concrete quality control laboratory equipment, we have also introduced aggregate expansion testing instruments, facilitating comprehensive aggregate testing for various concrete aggregates and recycled aggregates. All experimental data is compiled into a database for easy access at any time, enabling us to provide customers with the best Controlled Low Strength Fill (CLSM), graded aggregates, concrete aggregates, and cement products.
