We appreciate the visit from the Waste Management Section of the Chiayi County Environmental Protection Bureau and Zhanli Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. to Revival Environmental Industrial Co., Ltd. on April 12, 2024 (Friday). We were honored to have Section Chief Yen Jui-ying and 16 esteemed colleagues join us for observation and guidance. We hope that through mutual observation and learning, the environmental recycling industry can continue to improve and advance.
Revival Environmental Industrial Co., Ltd. has enhanced its product design by using high-efficiency, low-energy consumption materials and reducing packaging to minimize product carbon footprint emissions and lower environmental impact. The green procurement amount has reached NT$28,746,364.

The company integrates management, ensures sound financial control, implements ERP for digital operational management, guides department members in standardizing operating procedures, enforces company regulations, shapes corporate image, and enhances internal cohesion within the group.
Executing various waste recycling projects within the group, including solid recovered fuel manufacturing and waste activation initiatives. Holds Class A environmental certification for hazardous waste disposal. Experienced in stack sampling engineering, integration testing engineering for American commercial systems, and researching solid waste reuse.
Co-founder overseeing the Social Work Department of Renewal Group and establishing the Tainan City Association for Happy City Development, focusing on social service initiatives. Former pastor at the Aurora Group Church, entered politics in 2019 with a commitment to addressing the needs of marginalized communities.

Tainan City generates about 1,800 tons of garbage daily, but the existing processing capacity is insufficient. With only two incineration plants available, 450 tons of waste remain unprocessed each day. Over time, this has led to a significant waste management crisis, with 300,000 tons of accumulated garbage piling up like a small mountain. It is estimated that it will take 20 years to incinerate all of this waste.

The Huxi temporary waste transfer station in Douliu has accumulated nearly 20,000 tons of garbage, with the bottom layers of waste having been piled up for over two years. To address the waste problem, the Douliu City Office has secured funding from the Yunlin County Government to implement a waste-packing solution. This involves crushing and compressing the waste, then wrapping it in layers of specially designed combustible film to contain odors and reduce the space required for temporary storage. The goal is to maintain environmental hygiene and alleviate the issues caused by the garbage mountain for nearby residents.
