One of Only Two in Taiwan! Revival Environmental Industry’s CLSM Earns MOI

One of Only Two in Taiwan! Revival Environmental Industry’s CLSM Earns MOI "Green Building Material Label," Passing Rigorous 200°C High-Temperature and High-Pressure Tests

Revival Environmental Industry Co., LTD. has achieved a major milestone in the field of circular building materials! Following nearly two years of strict review, the company's "Controlled Low-Strength Material (CLSM)" was officially approved by the Ministry of the Interior (MOI) on May 6, 2026, leading the industry by securing the "Green Building Material Label."

Currently, Revival Environmental Industry Co., LTD. and TSG Resources are the only two companies in Taiwan to have obtained this certification. This honor not only highlights the exceptionally rigorous evaluation standards of the label, but also fully demonstrates Revival Environmental Industry Co., LTD.’s outstanding technical strength and comprehensive quality control capabilities in resource recycling and circular building materials.

Over 50% Recycled Material Utilization Rate

The application process for this Green Building Material Label was highly challenging. In addition to complex review procedures and extremely strict documentation and testing requirements, the main hurdle lay in the requirement that "the proportion of recycled material used must exceed 50%."

Significantly increasing the proportion of circular materials while ensuring consistent quality presents a major test for production process management and quality control. On February 10, 2026, the Taiwan Architecture Center dispatched personnel for a strict on-site audit. They conducted a comprehensive inspection focusing on raw material sources, production processes, quality management, and the utilization rate of recycled materials, which Revival Environmental Industry Co., LTD. ultimately passed with the highest standards.

Premium Quality Backed by Comprehensive Professional Safety Testing

To ensure product safety and stability, the certified CLSM underwent multiple national-level professional tests, with all results outperforming relevant regulatory standards:

  • Environmental Safety Testing (All Passed):
    • Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) test
    • Asbestos test
    • Radiation test
    • Total chloride ion content test
  • Engineering Performance (Compliant with Regulations):
    • Slump flow and drop-weight impact strength tests both met requirements.
    • The 28-day compressive strength of the product was successfully controlled below 90 kgf/cm².
  • Extreme Environmental Testing (Excellent Performance):
    • After 3 hours of curing under extreme conditions of 200°C high temperature and 2 MPa high pressure, the product surface showed absolutely no cracking, demonstrating flawless structural stability and long-term safety.

About Controlled Low-Strength Material (CLSM)

"Controlled Low-Strength Material (CLSM)" features excellent engineering properties, including high fluidity, self-compacting capabilities, and high construction efficiency. It is currently widely used in:

  • Road backfill engineering
  • Pipeline engineering and foundation engineering
  • Various public constructions and mass transit infrastructure

Advancing Toward an ESG Sustainable Future: A Leader in Green Building Materials

Dr. Yu-De Chin, Special Assistant to the General Manager of Revival Environmental Industry Group, emphasized that earning the MOI Green Building Material Label is not only a validation of Revival Environmental Industry Co., LTD.'s product quality and technical innovation, but also represents a major milestone in the corporate mission to drive a a circular economy and sustainable development.

In response to global carbon reduction trends, Revival Environmental Industry Group will continue to enhance the application value and technical R&D of green building materials. The company aims to collaborate with the construction industry supply chain to jointly promote a low-carbon, sustainable environment, contributing a pivotal force to environmental protection and green city development.
